Las Vegas has established its culinary scene, but more and more, it’s also become a hotspot for oenophiles. In recent years, winemakers have forged a special connection with Vegas resorts, curating exclusive wine dinners that bring some of the world’s most celebrated wineries directly to the table. These extraordinary events give guests the rare opportunity to meet legendary winemakers face-to-face, all while enjoying unparalleled food and wine pairings in some of the city's most luxurious settings. Here’s a look at five wine dinner series you won’t want to miss. Take note: Not every restaurant advertises these dinners, and some are providential, offered on short notice when a wine producer happens to be in town. So it pays to contact the venues to find out what’s on offer.
Anima by EDO
In the heart of Vegas' Southwest, Anima by EDO offers a fresh take on Italian tapas in a cozy yet vibrant setting. Though tucked away from the bustling Strip, it has quickly earned a dedicated following. Each month, the restaurant hosts an immersive wine dinner series, bringing in both well-known and up-and-coming wine producers. These events are truly interactive: guests have the chance to converse with the winemakers while savoring a bespoke menu curated by Executive Chef Tayden Ellamar. Past dinners have featured Bricoleur Vineyards and Long Shadows.

Bellagio Las Vegas
With an impressive collection of world-class restaurants, Bellagio frequently hosts exclusive wine events. Recently, executive chef Raj Dixit at Michael Mina curated unforgettable evenings featuring legendary estates such as Château Mouton Rothschild and Château d’Yquem. On May 23, the resort’s lauded French bastion Le Cirque will host a wine dinner with Château Lafite, one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious estates, all painstakingly paired with the restaurants’ rarefied dishes—and that view of the Bellagio fountains.
Fontainebleau Las Vegas
Fontainebleau Las Vegas has earned a reputation for hosting exclusive wine dinners as part of its Signature Series, often featuring some blue-chip names. These events take place in the private dining room of Don’s Prime, one of Fontainebleau’s acclaimed steakhouses. Master Sommelier Kevin Reilly curates each dinner, guiding guests through rare and exceptional wine pairings with the culinary artistry of Chef Patrick Munster. Past dinners have included Hundred Acre and Realm wineries, and guests are invited to engage with the winemakers themselves.

Station Casinos
Station Casinos has curated a significant lineup of wine dinners across its portfolio for 2025. At T-Bones at Red Rock, guests will enjoy a tasting with Robert Mondavi Winery on April 10th, followed by Kosta Browne at Hank’s at Green Valley Ranch on May 15th. Other highlights include a wine pairing with RAEN & Continuum at Nicco’s at Durango on March 6th, and La Crema at Sonoma Cellar at Sunset Station on April 10th. For those who prefer a more classic experience, Charcoal Room at Santa Fe Station will host Caymus on October 21st, and the Charcoal Room at Palace Station will welcome Trinchero, Ferrari-Carano, and more. Stay tuned for additional dates and wineries to be announced soon.
Wynn Las Vegas
Wynn Las Vegas continues to raise the bar for luxury and exclusivity, especially with its Connoisseur Series, which offers some of the most extraordinary wine dinners in the world. Past events have included intimate evenings like a private dinner with the Harlan family, an Opus One wine-fueled barbecue, and the only US Screaming Eagle dinner of the year, held in Delilah’s intimate and exclusive private dining room. Then, on May 2, Wynn will host a Masseto dinner—a celebration of the iconic Italian wine often referred to as the 'Pétrus of Italy'—offering an unforgettable experience for wine connoisseurs.
