Few cities on earth take steak as seriously as Las Vegas. Domestic or imported, grass-fed or corn-fed, dry- or wet-aged, USDA Prime to A5 Wagyu -- you’ll find a cut of beef to satisfy every taste. And they’re offered in world-class restaurants that provide service and ambience as good as the meat.

For all of those reasons, finding a great place to enjoy a steak in Las Vegas is easy. Just about any steakhouse on The Strip, and plenty in the ‘burbs, would likely be listed among the top 5 steakhouses in most American cities.

What can be a bit more challenging, with so many excellent restaurants to choose from, is picking the right steakhouse for you. So, before you book a reservation, it’s important to ask yourself, what are you looking for in a steakhouse?
