If you’re looking for some unique experiences to have in Las Vegas, have we got the list for you. Below find just a sample of fun things to do during your visit.
Head over to New York-New York for Hershey’s Chocolate World. This West Coast flagship store sells more than 800 candy and chocolate confections by Hershey brands. Inside you can even customize your own chocolate bars or star in your own Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup TV ad.
Take a ride on the High Roller Observation Wheel, a huge Ferris wheel at The LINQ Promenade + Experience in the heart of the Vegas Strip. At 550 feet high and 520 feet in diameter, the High Roller has 28 transparent (and air-conditioned) spacious pods.
Thrill Rides at The STRAT Hotel, Casino and SkyPod
Get your adrenaline pumping with two of the world’s highest rides, 100 stories above the ground. Free fall 855 feet at 40 mph on the SkyJump or get shot sky high and enjoy spectacular views of the Las Vegas Valley on the Big Shot.
Head to the Circus Circus big top and make your way to Adventuredome, an amusement park with rides and attractions for everyone! From roller coasters and rides to midway games and arcades, there’s something for any adventure level.
Fittingly located at New York-New York, The Big Apple Coaster is a loopty-loop roller coaster and the first in the world to include a 180-degree “heartline” twist and dive. Now you can even add virtual reality to your experience and immerse yourself in an alien and monster battle for the ages.
Venture to the Fremont East District in Downtown Las Vegas and look for the giant metal praying mantis. Here, you’ll find a hub of fun, shopping and dining. Grab a hot dog at Cheffini’s Hot Dogs or a slice at Pizza Zazza and, of course, an adult beverage at Oak & Ivy. End your visit with a gelato sensation at Waffelato.
Check out the world’s ultimate zipline located at the Fremont Street Experience in Downtown Las Vegas. Take off from the lower level to fly over three city blocks or launch from the upper level to zip and zoom like a superhero over five city blocks under the largest video screen.
Head to The Venetian Las Vegas and hop in an authentic, Venetian gondola. A singing gondolier pilots the boat as you float beneath bridges, beside cafes and under balconies, all while coasting down the Grand Canal. Opera singing optional, but recommended.
While you’re out there enjoying these and all the other amazing parts of Las Vegas, don’t forget to be mindful of your surroundings and thoughtful of others: keeping your distance, wearing mandatory face coverings and washing your hands. Be #VegasSmart.
