MOzen Bistro (Mandarin Oriental): On Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 2:30 p.m., enjoy the Bento Box Brunch with crispy scallop and Masago roll, fried calamari, char siu bao dim sum and choice of entrée, green tea waffles, fresh sushi rolls, hickory smoked salmon scramble and much more.
Sterling Brunch at BLT Steak (Bally's): For those looking to indulge, this Sunday brunch at Bally's has been a go-to for 30 years. As soon as you are seated, champagne is poured along with a presentation of BLT Steak's signature oversized, Gruyere cheese-flavored popovers. And that's just the beginning.
Party Brunch at LAVO (The Palazzo): Held each Saturday from fall through spring, you can listen to European house music from 2-6 p.m. while enjoying incredible food and champagne selections. Year-round, LAVO features a traditional Sunday brunch from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. with unique and classic brunch favorites available in the main dining room or on the patio.
Lago (Bellagio): This full three-course brunch begins with a basket of French croissants mixed among lemon-poppy-seed-almond mini-muffins and zeppoles (Italian mini-doughnuts). The remaining courses are creative, too, with options such as an eggplant parm-Benedict hybrid and a sausage and fried egg burger.
Border Brunch at Border Grill (Mandalay Bay and Forum Shops at Caesars): Both Vegas locations offer a weekend brunch where you can partake in unlimited small plates, including chile relleno, BBQ brisket sliders, Peruvian shrimp and grits, oyster tacos and more.
Overlook Grill (The Cosmopolitan): Adjacent to the Boulevard Pool, this seasonal brunch hot spot opens in April and offers indoor and outdoor dining featuring everything from red velvet waffles to fish tacos.
Family Brunch at Buddy V's Ristorante (The Venetian): On Sundays from 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m., splurge at interactive food stations served buffet style with an option for bottomless sangria, mimosa, bellini, a selection of domestic beers and wines by the glass.
Veranda (Four Seasons Las Vegas): S'mores French toast, focaccia eggs benedict, house smoked Atlantic salmon, blood orange margaritas ... it's everything you want in a weekend brunch and then some, served from 8 a.m.-1 p.m.
