Las Vegas doesn’t do food courts — it reinvents them. Enter the vibrant new Via Via Food Hall that opened on June 9, 2025 at The Venetian Resort (located just off the Grand Colonnade) where the lineup reads like a dream road trip for food lovers. With outposts of cult-favorite restaurants from Florence to New York to Los Angeles, this casual, counter-service collection brings serious flavor without taking itself too seriously.

The Vibe

Step inside Via Via and you’ll find yourself somewhere between the side streets of Venice and a backlot soundstage. Neon signage and hand-painted murals set the scene. Music pulses at just the right volume. The air smells like garlic, fried chicken, and focaccia fresh from the oven. It’s loud, fast, and a little chaotic—in the best possible way. Designed to evoke the charm of Venice’s winding passageways, the space unfolds like a culinary choose-your-own-adventure, with each corner offering something new.

Who’s Here

This is more than just a food hall — it’s a high-caliber lineup of icons and upstarts. All’Antico Vinaio, the legendary Florentine sandwich shop, anchors the lineup with its signature overloaded panini. Howlin’ Ray’s, L.A.’s beloved Nashville hot chicken spot, brings the heat and the hype. New York’s Scarr’s Pizza serves thin, foldable slices and thick, golden-edged Sicilians. Ivan Ramen, the Tokyo-born, NYC-raised noodle shop from chef Ivan Orkin, delivers flavor-packed bowls that are as comforting as they are elevated.

There’s also the welcome return of chef Ray Garcia’s B.S. Taqueria, a longtime L.A. favorite now revived with Vegas flair. From New Orleans, chef Mason Hereford brings two gems: the cheeky brunch staple Molly’s Rise & Shine and the cult-favorite sandwich counter Turkey and the Wolf, where nothing is sacred and everything is delicious. Rounding things out is Close Company, a cocktail bar from the award-winning team behind Death & Co., offering spirit-forward drinks in a sleek, intimate space that feels like a secret hideout for grownups.

Don’t Miss This

Start at Turkey and the Wolf, where the bologna sandwich is essentially a DIY smashburger in disguise. Thick-cut meat, gooey cheese, and crunchy potato chips are stacked and then smashed flat until they crackle — a sound that could land its own ASMR channel. Just as unmissable is the Collard Green Melt, layered with slow-cooked greens, Swiss, pickled cherry pepper dressing, and coleslaw on toasted rye.

Howlin’ Ray’s delivers the signature sando, all blistered skin and juicy heat. Ivan Ramen’s Triple Garlic Mazemen is a rich, savory gut punch in the best way. All’Antico Vinaio’s La Favolosa—with Tuscan sausage, artichoke spread, and spicy eggplant—is a lesson in how sandwiches became Italy’s great export. Grab a slice from Scarr’s, preferably the Sicilian, with its golden, focaccia-like base and cheese-laced corners.

Need a break between bites? Slip into Close Company for one of their sharp mini martinis. These aren’t gimmicks—they’re a strategy. Try a trio and you’ve got yourself a very Vegas spin on the classic three-martini lunch, minus the guilt and plus a great photo op.

Worth Noting

Via Via is more than a buzzy opening—it’s a signature move in The Venetian’s ongoing $1.5 billion reinvention. Each concept gets its own moment, thoughtfully designed and independently operated. The result is a food hall with no filler and no fluff, just a coast-to-coast celebration of the best bites in the game. There’s no velvet rope, no QR codes or gimmicky service models. Just walk up, order what speaks to you, and find a seat.

Whether you’re a Strip regular looking for something new or a food-obsessed traveler chasing your favorite chef’s next outpost, Via Via delivers—fast, flavorful, and full of surprises.
