Yes, you can get married in Las Vegas right now. The Marriage License Bureau is open from 8 a.m. to midnight, 365 days per year – including holidays. You cannot make an appointment to get your license; the Bureau is open for walk-ins, only. The transaction takes approximately 10 – 15 minutes although there may be lines at busy times or on busy days.

Couples will need to pick up a marriage license, before the ceremony. Both parties must appear together, in person, before a clerk at the Clark County Marriage License Bureau to obtain the license. Licensed officiants should be able to show you their Marriage Officiant ID Card or their Certificate of Permission to Perform Marriages. Resort and stand-alone chapels typically have an officiant on site.
