The Hotel
Zuma features modern Japanese cuisine and world class cocktails inspired by informal izakaya dining style. The restaurant is the creation of chef and co-founder Rainer Becker. Zuma's menu is a variety of dishes from three kitchens - main kitchen, sushi counter and robata grill. Guests are offered dishes to be shared and brought to the table throughout the meal. They are elegantly presented and with items that are bolder in flavor than the traditional Japanese cuisine.
