Momofuku is another player in the continual culinary elevation occurring at The Cosmopolitan's highly acclaimed, ever-changing Las Vegas culinary landscape. Established by chef and founder David Chang, Momofuku features a menu that draws influence from all over the world, including the United States, Korea and Japan. Some of the signature dishes are steamed buns, noodles, and meat and seafood meant for sharing as well as various plays on classics, from prime rib to surf-and-turf (fried chicken and caviar).
