Geylang Claypot Rice was founded by Ng Kim Hock and has been in business for almost 40 years. As a young disciple of Cantonese migrants in Singapore, Kim Hock diligently learnt the skill of cooking claypot rice over intense charcoal flames. Well marinated chicken pieces with succulent Chinese sausages, when paired with the slightly charred rice, gives the dish a robust flavor profile.
