The Hotel
Fresco Italiano features a selection of meats, seafood, pasta and risotto, along with gluten free and whole grain pasta offerings. Start with a selection of hot and cold antipasto, served table side from our "dim sum" rolling carts. Custom pasta dishes are matched with a favorite pasta and one of Fresco Italiano’s freshly-made sauces. Entrée selections include Bone in Veal Chop Parmigianino nesting on fresh Burrata, Beef Short Rib overstuffed Tortellini Gigante, Chicken Rustico, slowly cooked in a cast iron in its natural juices and enhanced with fresh herbs and root garden vegetables.
