LAS VEGAS PRIZE PROMOTION TERMS

These are the terms and conditions (“Terms”) that apply to the Las Vegas Prize Promotion (“Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees to these Terms and confirms they have read and understood our Privacy Notice at www.lvcva.com/privacy/. Please also see how we limit our liability in the “Liability” section below. No purchase necessary to enter.

1. Promoter: Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, a government organization registered in the State of Nevada, USA with its registered office address at 3150 Paradise Road, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA (“Promoter”). Promoter is responsible for all aspects of the operation of this Promotion.

2. Promotion Administrator: Promoter has engaged PCG365 LLC, a company registered in the State of New York, USA, with its registered office address at 40 Stone Hill Drive, S., Manhasset, NY, USA, to assist with the administration of this Promotion, including prize fulfilment (“Promotion Administrator”).

3. Entry period: The Promotion opens for entry on 26 November 2024 and closes on 31 January 2025 (“Entry Period”).

4. Eligibility: Entrants must be legal residents of the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) or the Republic of Ireland and at least 21 years old at the time of entry. Entry is only open to individual consumers (not businesses). The Promotion is not open to employees and contractors of Promoter, the Promotion Administrator or any prize provider, or their immediate families and households or anyone else professionally involved or associated with the Promotion. Promoter reserves the right at any time to require proof of eligibility in such form as Promoter reasonably considers necessary.

5. Limit on number of entries: A limit of one (1) entry per person applies to this Promotion. This limit applies even if entrants receive multiple promotional emails from Promoter. Promoter reserves the right at any time to disqualify anyone found to have entered more than once, including by using multiple accounts or email addresses.

6. How to enter: To enter the Promotion, eligible entrants must do the following during the Entry Period: (i) click the link in the email invitation to be taken to the Promotion microsite at VisitLasVegas.com; (ii) complete the online entry form, providing full name, email address, postal address and date of birth; and (iii) click to accept these Terms and submit the entry form. No purchase necessary to enter.

7. Prize: There is one (1) prize package to be won in this Promotion (“Prize”). The Prize includes the following prize elements for the winner and one (1) guest of their choice who must be at least 21 years of age at the time of travel:

1. Return economy class flights to Henry Reid International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, departing from and returning to the major commercial airport nearest to the winner’s home address; Four (4) nights double occupancy hotel room accommodation in Las Vegas, selected by Promoter; and a “Vegas Experience” of winner’s choice up to three thousand dollars ($3,000USD).  

8. Prize conditions: The following conditions apply to the Prize:

1. The winner and guest must each be at least 21 years old at the time of travel.
2. All travel bookings must be made by Promoter or its appointed agent. Travel must be booked at least 30 (thirty) days in advance.
3. The choice of seat selection at any sporting event or Show Performance will be at the sole discretion of Promoter and will be subject to availability. The winner and guest are solely responsible for ensuring that they can travel at the appointed times on the relevant dates.  No alternative times or dates are available.
4. The choice of all other Prize elements, including airports, flights and hotels, will be at the sole discretion of Promoter. All dates are subject to airline and hotel availability. The trip must be taken by 30 September, 2025 and cannot take place at any time on or during the following blackout dates: 8-9 February 2025; 24-26 May, 2025; and 30 August – 1 September, 2025.
5. The winner and guest are solely responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports and any required visas, ESTAs or other travel documents or permissions necessary to permit entry to the USA.
6. All elements of the Prize must be used by the winner and guest in the same itinerary. The winner and guest are not entitled to receive compensation for any unused element of the Prize.
7. Once issued, airline tickets are non-transferable and may not be reissued. Open tickets may not be issued and stopovers are not permitted.
8. The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond Promoter’s control, the Prize (or any element of the Prize) may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in Promoter’s discretion.
9. The winner or guest will be asked for a credit card on check in at the hotel to cover any extras and therefore must be able to provide one and cover these costs.
10. The Prize excludes all costs and expenses incurred by the winner and guest that are not expressly set out above, including: (a) additional transportation, including ground transport in the UK or Ireland; (b) travel upgrades; (c) additional overnight accommodation; (d) meals and beverages; (e) travel and medical insurance, visas, ESTAs and any other required travel documents; (f) COVID-19 or other health-related testing, screening, immunisation and quarantine costs (if applicable); (g) discretionary spending; (h) hotel room service and in-room charges; and (i) tips and gratuities.
11. All travel is subject to any and all restrictions instituted by the Department of Defense and/or Department of Homeland Security, The Centers for Disease Control and federal, state and local health departments, as required.
12. Promoter is not responsible for any COVID-19 or other health-related travel testing or restrictions applicable to the winner and/or guest, including, but not limited to any vaccination, quarantine or isolation-related costs or conditions. The winner and guest are responsible for ensuring that they adhere to all applicable COVID-19 or other health-related laws, rules, procedures and protocols relating to the Prize.
13. Prizes are subject to all applicable terms and conditions and policies of the relevant airport, transport service, hotel, ticket and event/venue providers. The winner and guest must comply fully with such terms and conditions, codes and policies and all laws and regulations applicable to the Prize. Promoter will have no liability to the winner or guest if the winner and/or guest are unable to receive the full benefit of the Prize or are denied entry to, or are asked to leave, any venue or transport service as a result of a failure to abide by the applicable terms and conditions, codes, policies, any applicable law or as a result of inappropriate behaviour.

9. Winner selection: All eligible entrants from the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland will be entered into a random prize draw to select the winner on or around 7 February 2025. There will be one (1) winner in this Promotion, who will be the eligible entrant whose name is drawn first.

10. Winner notification: The winner will be notified by email using the contact email address collected at the time of entry within five (5) days of the completion of the winner selection process. Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner, but it is the winner’s responsibility to monitor their email address (including spam folder) for receipt of the notification.

11. Claiming the Prize: The winner must claim their Prize within 14 (fourteen) days of Promoter’s initial win notification by signing and returning a scanned copy of Promoter’s Prize Declaration and Travel Liability Release. If a winner fails to claim the Prize or fails to provide any information or documentation required by Promoter by the claim deadline, Promoter reserves the right to disqualify the winner and select an alternative winner. The alternative winner will be selected using the same process as the original selection process and must claim the Prize within 14 (fourteen) days of Promoter’s win notification.

12. Travel bookings: All travel bookings will be arranged by Promoter or its appointed agent, who will contact the winner to make the necessary arrangements after they have submitted a valid claim. Tickets and any required travel or hotel vouchers will be provided by post or email in good time prior to departure. The winner and guest must present valid tickets on arrival at the airport. The winner and guest will not be permitted to travel without valid tickets and the winner and guest are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their tickets.

13. Liability: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes Promoter’s liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Promoter or its agents or representatives; (b) fraud; (c) breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015; or (d) for any other matter in respect of which liability cannot be lawfully limited or excluded. Subject to this:

1. Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage any entrant suffers as a result of their participation in the Promotion in circumstances where: (a) there has been no breach of a legal duty of care owed to the entrant by Promoter; (b) the loss or damage was not caused by a breach of these Terms by Promoter or its agents or representatives; (c) it was not obvious that the entrant would suffer such loss or damage and nothing the entrant said to Promoter before they entered this Promotion meant that Promoter should have expected it to happen (so, in the law, the loss was “unforeseeable”); (d) the loss or damage was caused by an event or circumstance beyond Promoter’s reasonable control;
2. Except to the extent caused by the negligence of Promoter or its agents or representatives, Promoter will not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death suffered by the winner or guest as a result of taking up and using the Prize, including (without limitation) in the event of: (a) cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any other act or omission whatsoever by the airports, air carriers, hotels or other transportation providers; (b) air accident or other transport-related incident; (c) food poisoning or other illness, including (without limitation) exposure to viruses associated with the COVID-19 pandemic and other communicable diseases; (d) lost or delayed baggage; or (e) theft or loss of, or damage to, personal possessions.
3. As this Promotion is only open to consumers (not businesses), Promoter is not liable for any business losses any entrant may suffer, including (without limitation) loss of profits or revenue, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure or loss of goodwill.

The limitations and exclusions of liability in this section shall apply equally to Promoter’s subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, agents and representatives, including the Promotion Administrator (and each of their directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives), and references to “Promoter” should be interpreted accordingly.

14. No endorsement: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with the National Football League (NFL) or its group companies or affiliates or any other third party. By participating in the Promotion, entrants are providing information to Promoter, not to any third party. All third-party trade marks and other intellectual property rights are hereby acknowledged. 

15. Cancellation and variation: Promoter reserves the right to vary, suspend or cancel the Promotion and/or these Terms if it considers it necessary or appropriate to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or if variation, suspension or cancellation is necessary due to an event outside Promoter’s reasonable control. In the event of cancellation, the Prize may be awarded to a winner drawn from entries received prior to cancellation.

16. Disqualification: Without limiting the options available to Promoter, Promoter reserves the right at any time to disqualify entrants that Promoter regards as being in breach of these Terms, any applicable laws, any terms and conditions or policies referred to in these Terms and/or the spirit of the Promotion.

17. Interference with the Promotion: Any attempt to damage or undermine the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion is prohibited and may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws. Promoter reserves all its rights and remedies to deal with breaches or suspected breaches of this section including, without limitation, to exclude any entrant or winner believed to be associated with such activity.

18. Publicity: By entering the Promotion, each entrant agrees that, in the event of a win, Promoter shall be entitled (but not obliged) to announce their names (and/or social media handles if applicable) on Promoter’s websites and social media. Entrants may also be asked (without further reward) to take part in reasonable publicity connected with the Promotion.

19. Disclosure of winner’s details: By participating in this Promotion, each entrant acknowledges that in the event of a win their surname and county of residence may be disclosed to persons enquiring, where permitted by law. Any entrant may object to their information being made available in this way, or may request that the amount of information made available be reduced, by contacting Promoter using the contact details at the end of these Terms. In these circumstances, the entrant acknowledges that Promoter may nevertheless disclose the relevant information, and the entrant’s entry, to the Advertising Standards Authority in the United Kingdom and/or the Republic of Ireland (and/or any other competent authority) if required to do so. By way of example, this may happen where Promoter is required to demonstrate that it has awarded the advertised prizes. To request disclosure of winner details, enquirers must submit a request to Randi@pcg365.com within one (1) month following the end of the Entry Period. Details will only be disclosed (if permitted by law) after the Prize has been awarded.

20. Personal data: Entrants acknowledge that any personal data processed in connection with the Promotion will be processed in accordance with Promoter’s Privacy Notice, which is available at www.lvcva.com/privacy/. In particular, Promoter will share personal data with the Promotion Administrator for the purpose of assisting with the administration of the Promotion. The names of the winners and their guests will also be provided to the relevant transport and hotel providers to facilitate the travel bookings. For more information about how these third parties will process personal data, please see their privacy notices which are available on their websites.

21. Accessing these Terms: Any website on which these Terms are posted is only intended to be accessed where permitted by law. Promoter makes no representation that materials relating to the Promotion are appropriate or available for use at other locations. Access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is strictly prohibited.

22. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Terms is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Terms will not be affected. Promoter’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that provision.

23. Disputes: Subject to the “Law and Jurisdiction” section below, if there is a dispute about the Promotion or these Terms, Promoter’s decisions are final. If there is a conflict between these Terms and any other document referred to in these Terms, these Terms take precedence to the extent necessary to resolve the conflict.

24. Law and jurisdiction: The Promotion and these Terms are governed by English law. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion and/or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. .
