Flock & Fowl: Flock & Fowl exists on nearly every Vegas must-eat list you can find, and with good reason. This cozy kitchen serves Chinese food with a focus on free-range chicken.
Lotus of Siam: You have to go here. Period. With shout-outs from Andrew Zimmern, Scott Conant and more, Lotus of Siam will blow your mind with its James Beard Award-winning Northern Thai food.
7th & Carson: This highly anticipated DTLV spot does not disappoint. 7th & Carson breaks out its menu from oven to land to sea, so there’s something to satisfy everyone’s tastes.
Cornish Pasty Co: If you’ve never heard of a pasty, you’re missing out. Cornish Pasty Co. takes this classic Cornwall miner’s dish and transforms it by incorporating Shepard’s Pie, tikka masala, Italian seasoning, and a ton more flavors into its menu items.
Eat: For all things breakfast/lunch/brunch, check out Eat. Chef Natalie has been dubbed “Downtown’s New Comfort-Cuisine Queen” for a reason.
Viva Las Arepas: For a quick and easy Venezuelan arepa, you’ll find the best at Vivas Las Arepas. What was once a food cart in a parking lot, has now become two prime storefronts.
Tacos El Gordo: Tacos El Gordo is where you’ll find local’s favorite tacos in town—no question. Aaaand now we’re craving its Al Pastor, sliced straight from the spit and topped with pineapple.
Carson Kitchen: Anything you get at Carson Kitchen is bound to be delicious. This urban casual eatery is perfect for dates—but just note, it only accepts walk-in guests.
Vic & Anthony’s Steakhouse: One of America’s top 10 steakhouses? You’ll find it in the Golden Nugget at Vic & Anthony’s. Indulge in USDA prime grain-fed beef, fresh seafood, and an extensive wine collection.
Downtown Terrace Kitchen & Bar: Formally known as The Perch, Downtown Terrace Kitchen & Bar offers all-day dining in Container Park. The brunch is excellent, and we have a serious relationship with The Terrace salad (grilled corn, shrimp, avocado and cilantro chimichurri).
Oscar’s Steakhouse: Oscar’s Steakhouse, named after the former mayor of Las Vegas, Oscar Goodman, is a classic Vegas steak house located in the iconic dome of The Plaza that overlooks the Fremont Street Experience.
CRAFT Kitchen: CRAFT was established by a former chef on the Strip who wanted to bring his culinary skills to Henderson. This is the perfect spot for brunch, even if you have vegetarian or gluten-free dietary preferences.
Kitchen Table: The brunch options continue with the Kitchen Table. From breakfast taquitos to frittatas to PB&J pancakes, this is a great place that suits all tastes.
Settebello Pizzeria: If you’re feeling pizza, Settebello will not let you down. Most of its first-rate products come from Italy, so you’ll get the most authentic Napoletana pizza possible.
Hobak: Korean BBQ lovers will love Hobak. The best part—it’s open every day until 1 a.m.
Chengdu Taste: For a true hole-in-the-wall spot in Chinatown, Chengdu Taste wins. You won’t find a website, but you’ll find a ton of raving reviews.
Sparrow & Wolf: Sparrow & Wolf is the newest restaurant in Chinatown that has locals obsessing. Its menu is a delicious melting pot of cultures and ingredients.
Other Mama: Get ready to pair craft cocktails with some Asian-influenced creative seafood at Other Mama. Oyster lovers will be huge fans of this place.
Forte: Tapas time! Forte has an amazing selection of Spanish small plates, bocadillos, and more. The best part—it has a great happy hour every day.
The Black Sheep: The Black Sheep is a brand-new spot serving Vietnamese-American comfort food with locally sourced ingredients. Be sure to check out its awesome wine and cocktail list.
DW Bistro: This is where “Jamaican and New Mexican flavors meet.” DW Bistro is a local go-to for brunch, lunch or dinner.
