Fast Track:
- Reservations are open now; stays begin May 2026.
- The rooms are a full redesign—moss-green walls, dusty lilac accents, velvet headboards, mirrored surfaces, and lighting curated specifically to make you look good.
- GIADA, Starbucks, Drai's After Hours, and the casino floor are all open during the renovation; the rooftop pool (Soleia) is not yet open but is expected to debut for guests in May.
Pinky's by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas is steps away and makes an excellent backup plan for cocktails
If your idea of a perfect Vegas stay involves a dramatic velvet headboard, warm candlelight-style fixtures tuned specifically so you look beautiful in them, and the very real possibility of spotting Lisa Vanderpump checking in on her own handiwork—it's time to start planning. The Vanderpump Hotel, Vanderpump's transformation of the former Cromwell boutique hotel, is a full top-to-bottom reimagining of one of the Strip's most intimate properties, and it is unmistakably her. The 188 guest rooms and suites, designed by Vanderpump and her longtime business and design partner Nick Alain, trade the loud neon maximalism of classic Vegas for something moodier and more deliberate: soothing moss-green walls and dusty lilac accents paired with soft, layered textures, jewel-toned cabinetry, and plush fabrics that make the rooms feel more like a private salon than a hotel room. Mixed metals—warm gold accents playing against cool silver detailing—bring depth to the space, while reflective furnishings and mirrored nightstands bounce soft light around rooms that feel open and airy despite the boutique scale. The aesthetic carries a design philosophy she and Alain call "industrial romantic"—rich textures and modern glamour with a knowing wink, right down to a hidden detail in one of the rooms: look closely at a mirrored shelf beneath a nightstand and you'll find a pair of eyes reflected back at you. They're hers.
Book It Now (Seriously, Now)
The Vanderpump Hotel is now accepting reservations at caesars.com/thevanderpumphotel and via the Caesars Rewards app, with stays beginning May 2026. Standard king rooms start around $419 per night, while the 21 signature suites —also designed by Vanderpump and Alain—scale upward from $850 depending on views. If you're a Caesars Rewards member, the app is your smartest entry point: loyalty points, priority access, and fewer fees. The hotel sits at the dead-center of the Strip at Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Road, directly across from Caesars Palace, which means you're booking the best corner lot in Las Vegas.
Vanderpump has said she wanted every room to feel like a "true retreat — a calming escape just steps from the energy and excitement of the casino floor," and she's taken that brief seriously. The lighting alone was a design priority: she's spoken extensively about how lighting shapes a guest's experience and her intention that every guest feel genuinely good in the space. Every fixture and furnishing in the hotel — from the rooms through the reimagined lobby, check-in area, gaming floor, and common spaces — has been custom-created or hand-selected specifically for this property through Vanderpump Alain. Think of it as a 188-room showroom for a design line that also happens to have a casino in it.
What's Open Right Now
The renovation is actively underway, but the hotel has made sure you won't be sitting in a construction zone with nothing to do. Here's what is fully operational during the transformation:
- GIADA—Celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis' award-winning restaurant remains open throughout all phases of construction. It's one of the most beloved dining rooms on the Strip, and it's not going anywhere.
- Starbucks—Open and accessible to guests and visitors. Your morning latte situation is handled.
- Interlude casino lounge—The casino lounge continues normal operations.
- Drai’s After Hours—The legendary underground nightclub will continue normal operations throughout the renovation. If you need to dance until 6 a.m., the option remains available to you.
- Casino floor and Caesars Sportsbook—Gaming operations are fully running as the project evolves.
What's Not Open Yet (And When)
The piece of the property that isn't ready for your arrival is Soleia, the resort's 65,000-square-foot rooftop pool and event space with panoramic views from 11 stories above the Strip. Soleia is expected to reopen for hotel guests when The Vanderpump Hotel officially debuts in May. One piece of good news for group travelers: Soleia is already accepting reservations for buyouts, group meetings, and special events, so if you're planning a bachelorette, a corporate dinner, or something that benefits from 65,000 square feet of rooftop Strip views, that's already on the table.
The new Vanderpump cocktail lounge, a bespoke bar being created exclusively for the hotel, drawing inspiration from Vanderpump's British heritage—is also still in the works. Details are being held close but given her track record with Pinky's and the Vanderpump Cocktail Garden, "floral, velvet-drenched, and dramatically lit" seems like a reasonable working assumption. More information is expected closer to opening.
Pool Alternatives in the Meantime
If a rooftop soak is non-negotiable and Soleia isn't quite ready when you arrive, you have excellent options within easy walking distance. Caesars Palace, right across the street, has one of the most iconic pool complexes on the Strip. The Flamingo Las Vegas, practically next door, is another solid option—and conveniently home to Pinky’s by Vanderpump, Vanderpump's Art Deco-meets-glam cocktail lounge and restaurant that opened in December 2024. Pinky's spans nearly 7,000 square feet with blush pink and muted green tones, a dramatic bar, and a covered terrace overlooking the Strip — so you can get your full Vanderpump fix even if the Vanderpump pool isn't quite ready for your arrival.
The Full LVP Ecosystem
One of the genuinely useful things about this hotel is its position inside a network of Vanderpump venues, meaning even if parts of the hotel are still mid-transformation, there's no shortage of LVP-branded experiences within a short walk:
- Vanderpump Cocktail Garden at Caesars Palace — directly across the street, open since 2019
- Vanderpump à Paris at Paris Las Vegas
- Pinky's by Vanderpump at Flamingo Las Vegas — open daily from 3 p.m., with weekend brunch
The hotel is, in every practical sense, a home base for a very specific kind of Las Vegas itinerary—one built around beautiful rooms, great cocktails, and a design sensibility that makes every corner feel like it was staged for a photo. Just go in knowing the full picture arrives in phases, book early, and trust that the lighting will be excellent.
