By responding “#VisitLasVegasapproved” you agree to the following:  

• The Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority, its agents, and assigns (“LVCVA”) have the right to use, in any manner, this photo or video (“Content”);
• LVCVA’s right to use your Content is in perpetuity, irrevocable, transferable, worldwide, non-exclusive, and royalty free; 
• LVCVA can use your Content in whole or in part, in any format, and in combination with other ideas or work; 
• LVCVA can use your Content in any medium now known or later developed including, but not limited to, using your Content on LVCVA’s web-sites, social sites, television advertising, print, and billboards;
• LVCVA can use your Content for advertising, marketing, promotion, or any other purpose, in its sole discretion; 
• LVCVA is under no obligation to use your Content; 
• LVCVA does not have to attribute your Content to you; 
• You are the owner of your Content, and you do not need permission from any other person or entity to give LVCVA the rights to use the Content; 
• You have permission from anyone appearing in any photo or image to give LVCVA permission to use the Content; 
• You remain the owner of your Content, but not the advertisements, posts, videos, or other publications that might include your Content; 
• You release LVCVA, its employees, and agents from liability for any claims by you or any third party in connection with allowing LVCVA to use your Content; and
• You will not be compensated for use of your Content now or in the future.
