Superfrico is created by Chef and International Pizza Czar Anthony Falco and christened Italian American Psychedelic, pays tribute to Falco’s Sicilian heritage by taking a treasure trove of family heirloom recipes on an international thrill ride of unexpected flavors and techniques. The Mortadella Pizza is a blend of Northern and Southern Italian flavors, pairing silky-textured sliced pork with house- made stracciatella and Turkish pistachio powder atop an airy crust with a satisfying crunch. The Chicken Parmesan, marinated in yuzu-based ponzu sauce and coated with a mixture of Japanese panko and house-made sourdough breadcrumbs, transcends the traditional with a delectable umami and tomato flavor profile. Additional menu high- lights include Yuzu Kozo Squid with tangerine honey and charred scallion, Lamb Ragu Pasta with Lebanese-style lamb sausage topped with mint, parsley, and za'atar-spiced labneh, and Roasted Pineapple Sorbetto with lime zest, vanilla, and a Tajin rim.
