Hawthorn Grill, with Executive Chef Joseph Swan, offers a menu including Classic French Onion Soup with three types of onions, Roasted Beets and Burrata and Sweet & Sticky Lamb Ribs. Along with traditional steaks entrees include Colorado Lamb T-bone, Smoked Kurobuta Pork Chop, Main Lobster with Sweet Potato Gnocchi. Desserts include S'Mores Churro, Apple Tart Tatin and the Hawthorn Suffle. Hand crafted cocktails include Apple Cider Moscow Mule, Hawthorn Mimosa and the Spice Market Old Fashioned.
