The Charcoal Room at Palace Station offers a casual, comfortable elevated dining experience. The menu features top-grade cuts of beef, market select fresh seafood, and appetizers and side dishes designed to leave an impression. Menu items include oysters on the half shell, lobster chowder, the bone-in New York steak, rib eye and porterhouse. Choose one of two selections of dry-aged USDA prime beef including a New York steak or top sirloin, along with a selection of side dishes as creamed fresh corn Au Gratin, tater tots and incredible macaroni and cheese with fresh lobster.
