Carson Kitchen is complete with a garden-style rooftop patio offering a space to dine as well as enjoy live bands and DJ’s.

The menu includes social plates, sandwiches, entrées and stone-oven flatbreads, tempura green beans; bacon jam served with baked brie and toasted baguette. For dessert, try a bourbon fudge brownie served with brown butter bacon ice cream or glazed donut bread pudding.

The drink menu includes handcrafted cocktails like the "Old Wooden Shed," made with No. 209 Gin, XTA Liqueur, fresh lemon and angostura bitters. For beer and wine,
