Bugsy & Meyer's Steakhouse at the Flamingo Las Vegas name is a nod to Benjamin “Bugsy” Siegel and business partner Meyer Lansky, who famously opened the Flamingo Las Vegas back in 1946 to bring Hollywood glam to the desert. Chef Lamar Moore joins Executive Chef Honorio Mecinas and Moore looks forward to incorporating his Southern flair into the menu.
