An incredible festival lineup with a twist of flavor

 

Europe’s greatest festival joined forces with Las Vegas last year and the result was complete sensory bliss − a fusion of the best in taste and the best in music, all in our incredible B-EAT by Las Vegas experience. We brought everyday Las Vegas to the hallowed grounds of Tomorrowland, and this year we’re back for round two.

So, it’s time to officially reveal our lineup for this year’s B-EAT sessions, and shine a spotlight on the incredible world-class chefs who will be creating sensational flavors in harmony with live music mixed by some of the greatest DJs − a true reflection of Las Vegas’ unique, first-rate and diverse culinary scene:

 

CHEF MASAHARU MORIMOTO
CHEF/ OWNER, MORIMOTO LAS VEGAS − MGM GRAND

That’s right, the Iron Chef himself will be joining the Tomorrowland lineup! Well-known for bridging the culinary traditions of his native Japan and the American palate, chef Morimoto has garnered critical acclaim for his seamless integration of Western and Japanese ingredients, and has effectively created a signature style that positions him as one of today’s foremost chefs.

 

CHEF CHRISTOPHE DE LELLIS

EXECUTIVE CHEF, JOËL ROBUCHON RESTAURANT − MGM GRAND


Last year, he played alongside Las Vegas regular Afrojack, so, of course he’s coming back for more. Born in Paris and educated at Ecole Grégoire-Ferrandi, Christophe De Lellis became the executive chef of Joël Robuchon at 27, making him one of the youngest chefs to head up the kitchen under Joël Robuchon, an incredible achievement. He will be bringing a taste of the sophistication and fine flavors found every day in Joël Robuchon Restaurant, Las Vegas to the people of Tomorrowland.

 

CHEF BRUNO RIOU

EXECUTIVE CHEF, RIVEA − DELANO


A champion of pairing food with not just wine, but cocktails too, Bruno will no doubt love the challenge of pairing dishes with the best of music. Riou serves as the executive chef at Rivea on the top floor of the Delano Hotel in Las Vegas. With more than a decade of experience working with chef Alain Ducasse in London, he is recognized for interpreting classic and refined cuisine in a contemporary way. Rivea, which debuted in 2015, brings the essence of the French and Italian rivieras to the Las Vegas Strip.

 

CHEF SEAN GRIFFIN

EXECUTIVE CHEF, JEAN GEORGES STEAKHOUSE − ARIA


Another addition to our incredible lineup is the inspiring chef Sean Griffin, who is all set to bring the bold flavors of Jean-Georges Steakouse to the B-EAT by Las Vegas experience. Growing up in a restaurant family, running a fine-dining restaurant is in chef Griffin’s blood. The 2005 winner of the Las Vegas Rising Star, executive chef for Jean Georges Steakhouse at ARIA, he maintains the beautifully modern approach to the traditional American steak house established by founding chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten.

 

CHEF NICHOLAS SHARPE

EXECUTIVE CHEF, MICHAEL MINA − BELLAGIO

From the world-famous Bellagio, Las Vegas, to the world-famous Tomorrowland for one day only. Chef Sharpe first joined Mina Group in 2011 as corporate executive sous chef, and now works as the executive chef of Michael Mina in the Bellagio, where he brings a desire to source locally and to provide guests with a diverse experience, focusing on incorporating delicious seasonal produce and flavors into every plate!

 

CHEF LEE BENNETT

PROPERTY ASSISTANT EXECUTIVE CHEF − THE MIRAGE

Last, but certainly not least, we have our final chef swapping the conventional kitchen for the B-EAT by Las Vegas sessions at Tomorrowland. It’s fitting that our truly international culinary scene should bring such a world savvy and experienced talent. Chef Bennett has a breadth of experience in the culinary world, having worked in London, Dubai, Paris and Singapore as an executive chef. He now works as the property assistant executive chef in The Mirage, home to more than 10 restaurants and dining facilities including Osteria Costa and Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak.
