Envi U District Suites are perfectly located in Las Vegas, Nevada. The strip is only 3 miles and Downtown Las Vegas is only 4 miles away. Schools, shopping, clubs, and spectacular dining are all just outside your door! Envi U District offers studio, one, and two-bedroom furnished or unfurnished units to choose from. Guests at Envi U District enjoy some of the best community amenities, including our outdoor swimming pool perfect for hot summer days, on-site laundry facility, fitness center, community BBQ area, and 24/7 emergency maintenance. We are a pet-friendly community, please contact our office for specific breed restrictions and fees.

Accommodations 

As a guest at our weekly hotel, you have the flexibility of a short-term stay with a minimum of 7 days to a maximum of 28 days. We are unable to accommodate stays longer than 28 days. We have other communities in the nearby area that can accommodate you after your stay (based upon availability, restrictions may apply). Must be in good standing for the offer to be considered. All guests over the age of 18 must complete an application. Identity verification documents include a government-issued identification card and social security card. The rental application must be complete, application will be denied if not verified. All credit is considered, evictions ok. Contact our office today for additional information.
