When the Loads a Bit Too Much

We at Desert Sands provide for you a handy station for the dumping of gray and black water for a reasonable price of $30. So even if you can't stay, feel free to stop by and take a load off (or two or three)

Watchful Night Hosts

Here to Help

Should you experience any issues during your stay after office hours or arrive at the park after the office has closed, our friendly night hosts can be easily located at the main entrance to assist you. After 7PM you can reach our camp hosts to assist by calling 702-287-8977

We are conveniently located near several local hot spots and tourist locations such as though not limited to:

Lake Mead (25min)

Lake Las Vegas (15min)

We're also within 5-10 minutes of several stores and supermarkets such as Walmart, Smith's, Target, and Costco.

We also offer a discounted Daily & Weekly Rate to our Veterans, First Responders, Teachers, and Healthcare Workers and to people using Cruise America Rental or Rental RVs. As of November 2022 we are no longer a Good Sam Park.

Small Sites 650 plus metered electric

Medium Sites 690 plus metered electric

Metered Electric is charged at 17 cents kw/h

Monthly Rates

Small Back-in Site

Typically fits RV's 29 feet and smaller. 30 amp electrical service charged at 17 cents kw\h. Water and sewer hookups are provided at no additional cost.

Medium Back-in Site

Typically fits RV's 35 feet and under in length. 30 and 50 amp electrical service provided at 17 cents per kw\h. Water and sewer provided at no additional cost.

Large Pull-through Sites

Typically fits Class A motorhomes, large fifth wheels, and rigs over 35 feet in length. 30 and 50 amp electrical service provided at 17 cents per kw\h. Water and sewer are provided at no additional cost.

Something important to note, to stay in our park a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required regardless of the duration of stay. The deposit you pay correlates to the rate you end up paying. 1-6 day stays incur a deposit of 1 day in advance, weekly stays get you a deposit of $50 in advance, and finally, long term stays of 1 month or more result in a $100 deposit. These deposits are applied to your rent. Remember to hold the space, a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required.
