The 2020 NFL Draft is taking over Vegas

Bringing fans and players together, the 85th NFL Draft will host various free events at iconic Las Vegas locations, April 23-25, 2020. The draft comes to Las Vegas as the Raiders prepare to embark on their first season in the city at the brand new Allegiant Stadium. The 2020 NFL Draft will open on Thursday, April 23rd with the official NFL Draft Red Carpet, which will be constructed on the famed Fountains of Bellagio. New this year, the red carpet will feature the Draft Red Carpet Stage, where prospects will be interviewed by media during the event. Throughout the duration of the draft, the Red Carpet Stage will be used as a live viewing location for fans to enjoy special performances by a variety of Las Vegas entertainers.

Set against the iconic backdrop of the Strip, the NFL Draft Main Stage will be constructed next to the CAESARS FORUM, the newest state-of-the-art conference center. Free and open to the public, fans are invited to gather at the Draft Main Stage viewing zone to experience the daily performances by headlining acts and watch the draft selections live.

Located adjacent to the NFL Draft Main Stage, the NFL Draft Experience presented by Oikos® Triple Zero will be a free, three-day football festival highlighted by interactive games, the Vince Lombardi Trophy, autograph sessions with NFL players and legends, brand activations, giveaways and the NFL Shop presented by Visa.

CAESARS FORUM, located adjacent to the High Roller observation wheel on the Las Vegas Strip, will also be the host to Selection Square. This exclusive area will feature the team tables where representatives from each club will make their draft selections.

NFL Draft Main Stage and Red Carpet Stage performers and schedules will be announced on a later date.

The Las Vegas Local Organizing Committee (LVLOC), along with the National Football League, are working with local public safety and transportation agencies, resort properties and local businesses to ensure that there is minimal impact to employees, customers, locals and visitors to the Las Vegas Strip during the events.

Rolling temporary closures are planned near the Flamingo/Las Vegas Boulevard area from April 8 – 15 with heavier impact April 16 –22. Main event temporary closures will take place April 23 –25 in the same area. Traffic patterns will return to normal by May 1, 2020.

As these plans are formalized, they will be communicated through various media outlets, including the NFL One Pass App and NFL.com, as we get closer to the event dates in April.
