MB Steak features steaks that are seasoned with MB's signature spice blend. Various cuts are including 18-ounce dry-aged bone-in New York strip; 28-ounce dry-aged Tomahawk, roasted in a chili rub. Japanese and domestic Wagyu selections lude a 10-ounce Miyazaki Japanese Wagyu New York strip steak and 10-ounce Imperial Wagyu New York strip steak. Seafood and shellfish with appetizers including charred Spanish octopus served with broccolini, stewed tomatoes and port wine; American caviar sliders made with blinis and chive crème fraiche along with a diverse wine list and cocktails.
