Restaurateur Ayesha Curry and chef Michael Mina created International Smoke at the MGM Grand. The menu offers a selection of wood-fired dishes with flavorful spices, locally sourced meats and fresh seafood and plant-based options. Some of the signature dishes include Smoked St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs, Shellfish Platter, Ayesha's Fresh Baked Cornbrad and Gina Jamaica.
