At Benihana masterful chefs demonstrate their skills on hibachi tables where a full-range of unique and traditional dishes are cooked to order. Enjoy entrees like hibachi chicken, sukiyaki steak and filet mignon, or step up to a combination dinner that pairs hibachi steak and king salmon or the ever-popular duo of hibachi steak and lobster tail. All entrees are served with a combination of fresh mushrooms, onion, bean sprouts and zucchini. Hibachi shrimp, Japanese onion soup, Benihana salad with ginger dressing, steamed rice and green tea are also included with dinner.
