After making waves last year during “World’s 50 Best Restaurants” week—when Not a Damn Chance! Burger (aka NADC) quickly became the talk of Resorts World—the smashburger spot is back for another limited run. Whether you’re a burger purist or just in it for the fries, this pop-up is sure to have foodies and night owls buzzing.
Grab this burger while you can!
NADC 🍔 Pop-up is the newest burger joint on the Strip and it's open 24 hours!
The Vibe
NADC Burger is all about keeping things real and unpretentious. Tucked next to Randy's Donuts outside of the Conrad Hotel lobby, the pop-up leans into that post-skate, late-night energy—think: unfussy counter service, a menu that fits on your phone screen, and a cross-section of Vegas tourists, foodies and locals. With pro skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin-starred chef Phillip Frankland Lee at the helm, the space feels secluded yet open, where the only thing that matters is cheeseburger, fries, or both?

Who’s Here
On any given visit, you'll find a blend of both casual and upscale patrons, skaters refueling after a session or top-ranked professional poker players grabbing a bite between tournaments—everyone fits in here. It’s the kind of spot where you can dress up or dress down, and nobody bats an eye.
The simple, focused menu draws in those who know good food, making NADC a gathering place for both insiders and newcomers, no matter the hour. With doors open 24 hours, the after hours scene is especially lively. Expect the nightlife crowd leaving clubs like Zouk in search of late-night grub, or industry folks—think chefs and bartenders—who appreciate thoughtfully prepared comfort food after a long shift.
Don’t Miss This
The Smashburgers: Double patties of 100% Wagyu beef that are smashed on the grill with onions for extra flavor. The patties are then given a Michelin-chef’s touch—rested on a screened tray after grilling to make every bite juicy, but never greasy. Layered with American cheese, pickles, a swipe of secret sauce, Neen's special seasoning and a hit of tamed jalapeños for a little kick. Super hungry? You can always add an extra patty to make it a triple set.
The Breakfast Burger (Vegas Exclusive): This one’s only at the Las Vegas pop-up and it’s available all day—Wagyu patty, American cheese, pickles, special sauce, bacon, and a fried egg. It’s the move whether you’re starting your day or ending your night.
Beef Tallow French Fries: These aren’t your standard fries. They’re fried once, steamed in a closed container to get fluffy inside, then flash-fried in beef tallow for maximum flavor crunch. Each order comes with the house chipotle ketchup—a smoky, tangy dipping upgrade. Want some extra pop? Order them “Beast Mode” and your fries arrive loaded with cheese, pickles, jalapeños, and special sauce. These were seriously delicious!
Worth Noting
This isn’t just another fancy chef concept. Neen Williams and Chef Phillip Frankland Lee—longtime friends—set out to create the ultimate backyard burger, obsessing over every detail along the way. From sourcing their Wagyu beef through R-C Ranch in Texas to using Neen’s own OG Steak seasoning blend, nothing is left to chance.
They mix in slightly tamed jalapeños for just the right flick of heat in both their burgers and the Beast Mode fries, striking a perfect balance without overwhelming the flavors. Even the potato bread buns get a special treatment, toasted in a traditional bagel toaster for that ideal golden crunch.
And when it comes to the patties, Chef Lee’s technique is key: after grilling, the burgers rest on a screened tray so the excess grease drains off, allowing the natural juices to settle back in.
As he puts it, “You get a juicy, not greasy, hamburger.”
