The definition of Hot Tuna, Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady was started as a side project during the Jefferson Airplane days. The two are boyhood friends and have endured their friendship in rock history. At the 2016 Grammys, the two of them were honored with the Lifetime Achievement Awards.
