Part of the British Invasion, Herman's Hermits emphasized a simple, non-threatening and clean-cut image when they originally debuted. The band's first hit "I'm Into Something Good" reached No. 1 in the UK and No. 13 on US charts in ‘64. Becoming more popular in the US than over the pond, the band topped the charts with "Mrs. Brown, You've Got a Lovely Daughter" and "I'm Henry the Eighth, I am." Noone left the band in 1971, but has since toured the US bringing back the classic hits of the era.
