To receive two (2) admission tickets to your choice of one (1) of the Sponsor-specified Shows listed below in Las Vegas, NV from November 29, 2009 – December 13, 2009

(subject to availability and while supplies last; Sponsor may determine the show, date of the tickets and seat assignments to be offered to recipient; recipient must be 21 years of age or older), you must complete the following requirements:

  1. How to get tickets: From November 29, 2009 to 3:00 PM on December 13, 2009 purchase item(s) totaling or exceeding $500 at one (1) of the following participating malls in Nevada:
    • Fashion Outlets of Las Vegas at Primm Valley Resorts & Casino, 32100 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Primm
    • The Forum Shops at Caesars at Caesars Palace 3570 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas
    • Miracle Mile Shops at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, 3667 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas
    • Town Square at 6605 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas
    • The Grand Canal Shoppes at The Venetian at The Venetian Resort Hotel & Casino, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas
    • The Shoppes at The Palazzo at The Palazzo Resort Hotel Casino, 3325 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas
    • Fashion Show at 3200 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas
    • Las Vegas Outlet Center at 7400 Las Vegas Blvd. S., Las Vegas
    • Las Vegas Premium Outlets at 875 S. Grand Central Parkway, Las Vegas
    • Crystals at CityCenter, 3720 S. Las Vegas Blvd., Las Vegas
    Limit two (2) admission show tickets per person during this offer.

  2. After you have made your purchase(s) (within the time frame specified above) totaling or exceeding $500, from November 29, 2009 to 3:00 PM on December 13, 2009 bring the original store register receipt(s), (during normal mall hours but no later than 3:00 PM on December 13, 2009 when offer ends) to a staff member at the Concierge/Information Center at the corresponding Mall where purchases were made (from the list above) along with your valid government issued photo ID, in person.

  3. Upon verification of the store receipt(s) and photo ID, the staff member at the Concierge/Information Center will stamp your receipt(s), return them to you and provide you with a numbered universal show voucher which will direct you to call the toll free number on the voucher to redeem it for show tickets. Same day tickets must be reserved before 4:00 PM.
    Offer good while supplies last. Approximate retail value of two (2) admission tickets: $88 - $320 (value varies based on show, date and time attended as well as seat assignments). Offer recipients must be a resident of one of the 49 United States or the District of Columbia. Offer void to residents of NV. Offer void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law. All taxes are the sole responsibility of recipient. Original store receipts will be honored. Purchases made before November 29, 2009 or after 3:00 PM on December 13, 2009 are not eligible for this offer. No facsimiles or mechanically reproduced store receipts or altered, duplicated, photocopied receipts not obtained legitimately permitted. Limit two (2) admission show tickets per person during this offer. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible or misdirected or incomplete requests. Lost/stolen vouchers will not be replaced. Requests from clubs, groups, or organizations will not be honored. Not valid with any other offer/promotion. In the event a show does not take place for any reason, no substitution for tickets offered will be provided and Sponsor will not provide any other compensation.
