Everybody knows that the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo from Dec. 3-12 at the Thomas & Mack Center always provides rodeo fans a chance to see the best riders, ropers and extreme cowboys.
But the NFR also means great music, year after year. Las Vegas shows its cowboy culture throughout NFR and top country acts have become a part of that experience, and another example of how in Las Vegas, you don't just play – you Play Louder.
This year is no different -- for starters, Rodney Carrington performs at MGM Grand from Dec. 3-12 and legendary duo Brooks & Dunn take the stage at the Las Vegas Hilton on Dec. 4-5.
There's lots more great country music all around town. Ray Price is at Boulder Station on Dec. 4, Lee Greenwood brings his "Tennessee Christmas" celebration to The Orleans on Dec. 6, Dierks Bentley plays the House of Blues on Dec. 10, Sara Evans sings her hits at Buffalo Bill's in nearby Primm on Dec. 11.
While you're here, for a little more musical flavor and great food, check out Toby Keith's I Love This Bar and Grill inside Harrah's Las Vegas or Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville at Flamingo Las Vegas.
It's the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, coupled with tremendous country music. That's how you Play Louder!
