Spago, Las Vegas reflects the innovative culinary talents that made Wolfgang Puck's famous Beverly Hills restaurant a favorite amongst Hollywood's elite. Spago's updated modern interior design is reflective of Puck's fresh and clean approach to cooking, a principle and method evident in the new menu selections in the main dining room. Innovative, upscale offerings include the Steamed Organic Asparagus with Toasted Brioche, Poached Egg, Crisp Bacon and Lemon Vinaigrette; Butter Poached Gulf Shrimp with Blue Crab Risotto; and Japanese 100% Wagyu Kobe New York Strip. Tempting new desserts include the comforting Apple Cobbler with Golden Delicious Apples, Shortbread Cookie and Creme Fraiche Sorbet and a rich Chocolate Souffle, presented tableside, with Espresso Ice Cream and Creme Anglaise. The casual cafe offers guests a variety of fresh fish, pasta and gourmet pizzas such as Puck's signature Smoked Salmon Pizza with Dill Cream, Black Caviar and Chives. Located in the Forum Shops at Caesars, the casual indoor or patio cafe is open for lunch and dinner and is great for people watching. The main dining room is open daily for dinner only.
